Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

User Responsibilities

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the psa10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support multiple local payment methods including online bank transfer, e-wallets, and other options listed in the platform’s payment section.
Each deposit and withdrawal is subject to minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawal processing requires valid identity verification before funds are released. psa10 reserves the right to request supporting documents to meet relevant legal compliance.
All transactions are final and cannot be reversed except at the sole discretion of psa10. Any fraudulent attempts involving financial transactions will lead to immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
If you notice any discrepancies in transactions, please contact customer support within 14 days from the transaction date. Complaints submitted after this period may not be processed.

Psa10 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, violation of terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Any remaining funds in accounts closed due to violations may not be refunded depending on the outcome of investigations.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures once verification is complete.
Liability Limitations
Psa10 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited within thirty days prior to any claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the psa10 platform—including logos, text, images, design, and software—is the exclusive property of psa10 and protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any content without explicit written permission from psa10.
